Who we are
Prospicientia (“we”, “us”) runs this app and its Telegram bot. Contact for anything about your data: prospicientiabot@gmail.com.
What we collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, location, photos or files. The camera is used only when you choose to scan a QR code of your API key; the image is read on your phone and is never sent to us. Face / fingerprint unlock happens on your device; we never receive biometric data.
Who else receives data
- Hetzner (Germany) hosts our servers.
- Telegram — sign-in, and the messages our bot sends you.
- The exchanges you connect (e.g. Binance, MEXC) — we send them the orders you configured, with your keys.
- BNB Chain — payments are blockchain transactions; your deposit address and its transfers are public on the blockchain by nature.
- The traders we work with — when one of our bots follows a trader’s calls, that trader sees only percentages for each call (how many followers are in, waiting or out, and the result). Never your name, account, exchange or amounts.
- Bitcoin blockchain — each trade of our bots gets a sealed receipt, and only its fingerprint (a hash) is stamped on the Bitcoin blockchain, so nobody can change the record later. The fingerprint reveals nothing about you.
We do not sell your data, we use no advertising or analytics trackers, and the app loads no third-party fonts or scripts except Telegram’s own Mini App script.
Cookies and storage
We set no cookies. The app stores on your device only what it needs to work: your session, language, theme and app-lock settings (see the Cookie Policy).
How long we keep data
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Records of payments and fees (amounts, dates, transaction ids): kept for accounting 5 years, without your account attached once it is deleted.
- Closed trades of our bots: kept in that bot’s record, without your account attached.
- Web server logs: 14 days.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Profile & login → Danger zone. Telegram accounts confirm through Telegram; email accounts with their password. Open positions must be closed first. Deletion erases your capitals and keys, channels, trade history, alerts, notifications, balance history and sign-in data at once. Payment records are kept as described above. The closed trades our bots made for you stay in that bot’s public record, with nothing that identifies you (no account, name or key): the coin, the prices and the result. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its use, by writing to prospicientiabot@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
Age
The service is for adults (18 or older). We do not knowingly hold data of anyone younger; if we learn of it, we delete the account.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). API keys are encrypted at rest.
- Login is rate-limited and sessions expire; an optional PIN and device biometric lock protect the app.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before it applies.
