Your trading money
We never hold it. It stays on your own exchange account, and you can withdraw it there at any time.
Gas-tank balance
- Gas-tank top-ups are not refundable; the balance stays available for our bots’ share for as long as your account exists.
Our bots’ share
The share is taken only from profit already made for you, and never on losses. It is not refunded once settled, except if it was charged by mistake — then we return it in full.
Subscription
There is no subscription: using the app, our bots and your own channels costs nothing up front.
Mistakes
If we charged you by mistake, or a payment you made was not credited, write to prospicientiabot@gmail.com with your support ID (Settings → Profile & login). We check it against the blockchain and correct it.
Payments sent to the wrong network or address
Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Funds sent on another network than BEP20, or to a wrong address, are lost and cannot be refunded by us.
