PROSPICIENTIA
These terms are the agreement between you and Prospicientia (“we”, “us”). You accept them when you tap I agree in the app; we keep a record of the version you accepted and when.
1. What Prospicientia does
- Prospicientia places and manages trades on your own exchange account, through API keys you create with trading permission only. We refuse keys that can withdraw.
- It follows the signal channels you choose, or our automated bots as listed in the app, within the amount and rules you set. Some of our bots follow the calls of traders we work with; those traders never see your account, your name or your amounts — only percentages.
- We never hold your trading money: it stays on your exchange account, and you can withdraw it there at any time.
- The money you give one of our bots is reserved for that bot. Your own channels trade only with the rest of your capital.
- A bot can have a minimum or maximum amount, a list of exchanges, and registration periods. They are shown in the app before you join.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
- You may not use the service where trading or holding crypto-assets is prohibited for you by law. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply where you live.
- One person per account. Keep your Telegram account, password and API keys secure.
3. Your exchange connection
- We trade only through the API key you connect. If your exchange rejects that key — because it was deleted, its permissions were changed, its IP restriction was removed, or it expired — we can no longer see, manage or close your trades.
- From that moment, every open position on that exchange stays there, fully in your hands, and we can do nothing for it. We tell you through the bot and in the app. When you reconnect, we resume.
- Check your connection after any change on your exchange account. We are not responsible for positions while your exchange rejects our access.
4. Risk — please read
- Trading crypto-assets can lose money, including all the money you allocate. Past results, including the published records of our bots, do not guarantee future results.
- Prospicientia is a tool, not investment advice. You decide whether to use it, with which channels or bots, and with how much.
- Signals can be wrong, late, or misread. Exchanges can reject orders, pause trading, fill at a different price, or be unavailable.
- Take-profit targets rest on the exchange as limit orders. Depending on the exchange and the type of stop, a stop-loss is either placed on the exchange or watched by our server; a stop watched by our server may not execute in time if our server or the exchange connection is down, and a price that moves fast can fill beyond any stop.
- Halal screening is our own best-effort review of each coin from public information. It is not a religious ruling (fatwa) or a certification; if this matters to you, check with a scholar you trust.
5. Fees
- No subscription: using the app, our bots and your own channels costs nothing up front.
- Our bots’ share: on our bots, the first 5% of profit on the money you give a bot is free; after that we take 10% of profits. Some bots have no free part (today Singularity, Orion and Photon): there we take 10% of profits from the first dollar, charged at the end of each month. We never take anything on losses. The share of each bot is shown in the app before you join.
- The share is paid from your gas tank, a prepaid USDT balance you top up by sending USDT (BEP20) to your personal deposit address. If the share owed is not covered, the bot keeps trading for 12 hours, then stops taking new trades until the tank is filled.
- Network fees of your deposits are paid by you. Sending to the wrong network or address loses the funds; we cannot recover them.
- Any change to fees is shown in the app before it applies to you.

7. Your responsibilities
- Give us API keys without withdrawal permission, restricted to our server’s IP when the exchange allows it.
- Keep your keys working and enough balance on your exchange for the trades you set up.
- Do not trade by hand the coins a bot is managing for you; it can break the bot’s orders.
- Do not misuse the service, attack it, or resell it without our written agreement.
8. Suspension and ending
You can stop at any time: stop a bot, disconnect your exchange, or delete your account in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you why where we are allowed to.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange or network failures, positions left on your exchange while it rejects our access, or decisions you make with the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We tell you in the app before a change that matters applies, and ask you to accept the new version. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
11. Contact and disputes
Write to us first at prospicientiabot@gmail.com with your support ID (Settings → Profile & login). We answer within 30 days and try to settle any disagreement with you directly.

These terms are also available in Arabic, French and Spanish. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version applies.
